Passage Terms
The conditions of the crossing: brief, a little stern and binding. Coming aboard counts as agreeing to them.
Who may board
Boarding is for adults: you need to have turned 18 and reached full age under the law of your own jurisdiction. Keep cabin and password to yourself.
What the crossing is
An entertainment in writing, performed by fictional characters from an AI model. A dealer's patter is not fact, and it is not guidance of any sort, whether about health, law, money or the river itself. No bet is placed for value. Characters make mistakes, and some make them deliberately.
Fares and payment
Plus is prepaid in USDT; it runs for a set number of days, then ends and does not renew. Fares are final and no refunds are paid out, except where the law requires the captain to. Send the wrong sum, or use a network other than TRON, and the money may be lost, which we cannot undo.
What is forbidden
Breaking the ship rules or the law, working round the limits of the chat, attacking or scraping the site, and reselling a berth. An account that does so may be suspended or closed.
What you write
It remains yours. The chat cannot run without our keeping and processing it, which includes automated screening against the rules, and using the chat means you agree.
If the river changes
The boat and its crew may change, pause or end. The captain's log announces any alteration to what you receive beforehand. The crossing is provided as it stands, with only the guarantees the law compels, and our total liability to you is limited to the payments you made in the previous month, so far as the law permits.
