Ship Rules
Rules are posted at the head of the gangway on every boat. These are the ones here, and the crew keeps them as strictly as you.
The crew
- Every woman aboard is a fictional adult whose card shows an age from 24 to 55, and she holds a real job; none is made to look younger than that.
- No dealer is cast as your relative; every wager stands on consent; no woman is copied from life.
- A dare is always an offer, and she folds when you do.
The passengers
- You must be 18 or over.
- Whatever might cast a person who is not yet 18 in any romantic or sexual part, however thinly disguised, is stopped at the plank, and the account may be put ashore. There is no exception, and no turn of phrase gets round it.
- Nothing built on cruelty or force belongs here, nor does anyone's real private life, however the game is dressed.
- If you mention hurting yourself, she lays the cards face down and steers you to real help, whether that is an emergency number or a crisis line near you. Please follow her.
The cabin door
Before anything explicit the lamps go down, on every plan; the site draws that line, not the crew. The doctor and the engineer are costumes on fictional characters, and neither gives medical or technical advice for real. For anything real, find a real professional.
If you are put ashore
Write to the purser (footer address); a human replies. An account that persists in ignoring this page may be put off the boat.
